Our turn based games will give you

• a fair game (people with faster computers, better connections and huge online time do not get an edge!) 

Some think RTS are better than turnbased games. That is not always the case. Real strategy and diplomacy needs more time than a mouse click. And in RTS games you compete against a limited amount of opponents, we are able to offer you games with hundreds of players! You'll soon find out, you'll need the turnaround time to communicate with at least some of those players. It's completely different from mouse clicking your units to attack your opponents. In our games you think before you attack and decide where to make friends. Exchanging information and forging alliances play a major part in our games, most of our games are impossible to win on your own.  Oh and you don't waste time on tweaking micormanagement production and such. This game is about expansion by conquering!

Besides planning the most important thing inbetween turns is diplomacy!

Turnbased; you decide when to play..
Like most PBEM's Gondor is turnbased. All players send in their orders for the current turn which are processed at set times . This means you can decide when to play! And you don't have to be online to play the game. Because of this players who spend more time online don't have an edge in this game.  You don't have to waste your social life, work or all your time to play this game :) Each game has a set period of time between turns. To please slow and fast gamers there will be games with different turnaround times like several turns a week or one turn a week all depending on your demands

If you become a member (in the future) you can even ask us to startup custom games with a group of players with a turnaround time you agree on.
