How do I sign up and play gondor?

It's quite straightforward. Just create an account and use it to subscribe to a game, enter the setup and wait for the game to begin

Note that Gondor is part for the turn2turn.com gamesite which also hosts cathas.com. By creating an account here, you can log in to both games!

The full proces of signing up and playing Gondor described:

1. Create a free Turn2turn account here.
2. Wait for the confirmation email to arrive shortly.
   (If it doesn't, check your spamblockers etc. Add turn2turn.com to your safelist.)
3. Login to  your account http://account.turn2turn.com/Turn2turn.php?filename=status   (use email address and password)
4. Subscribe to a free game listed in your account section
5. Finish your setup for the game
   • Choose a hero name
   • Choose a race
   • Specify names and locations of your starting settlements
6. Wait for the game to begin
   Each new game has a predefined closing date for the setup
   One day after that deadline passes you will receive the first results
   Results also appear online http://download.turn2turn.com/ (email and password to login)
7. Use the first results with the kickstart to make your first orders
8. Submit the orders in your account section, watch that deadline!
9. Receive results the day after the deadline.
10. Contact your neighbours (with the forum or info using the ingame forum and message orders)

Repeat submitting orders for each turn!

If you want to start quicker you can check the forum and ask for a position in a current game.

Only sign up if you're serious about playing Gondor. Signing up and dropping out after a few turns can ruin games for other players. We only start the game for players that have submitted their orders for the first turn. If you were too late with the first turn you can always subscribe to the next game!
