I want to play what do I have to do?
Simple, simply follow the instructions in the sign up section.

How do I start to play immediately?
Well you do have to wait a little while. Since you play the game with and against other real human players you will have to wait for the deadline to come round to enable enough players to get into a game and start. New games start regularly (usually every two weeks or so) If you want to start faster, you can ask around on the forum to join a game that has already started.

Is this really free? What is the catch?
No catch it is really free. It only costs us money and loads of time. We just hope you have as much fun as we do!

Go to the forum and ask your question there!

I signed up but I don't receive any mail, what happens?
After signing up turn2turn automatically sends an email to the adress you specified. Mail should arrive shortly. If it didn't it is probably wrongly marked as spam somehow. Check your spam folders. Check your spam rules and allow to receive mail from turn2turn.com. If you still can't get the mail try another mail account or ask around on the forum. 

What is the account section?
It is your personal page on the site that lists all the games you're subscribed to and lists all games that you can subscribe to! This is also the place where you submit orders for your subscribed games.

How do I get into the account section?
Use your email address and password to login. You get those by signing up.

I forgot to finish my setup, what now?
If you didn't finish your setup, or did not submit your first orders in time, you're automatically canceled from the game. You can subscribe to a another new game.

How do I cancel a game?
If you don't finish your setup for a new game you automatically cancel that game. If you finished your setup but did not send in your first orders you also automatically cancel that game. Once the game has started you should finish the game. If you can't ask somebody else to play your position. The forum is a good place to communicate this. Your fellow players are counting on your support so if you ever need to bail out be nice and mention it so somebody can jump in!
